I regularly teach Mergers & Acquisitions, First-Year Contracts, and Business Organizations. In Winter 2022, I will be offering a new course, Deals: The Tools of Social Innovation. In the past, I've also offered a course titled New Market Infrastructure, which explores how technologies, such as blockchain, might affect economic organization.
