Contractual Evolution Dataset

This dataset, used for the empirical analysis in the paper Contractual Evolution (w/ Julian Nyarko and Eric Talley), includes certain deal terms from over 2,000 M&A agreements, executed between 2000 and 2020. The dataset is publicly available here.
